Please book your room directly with the hotel and identify yourself as the Summit participant to qualify for the rate.

Room Cancellation: To cancel your room reservation, please contact the hotel directly. A minimum of 30 days (prior to your arrival) notification is required. Late cancellation or “no show” charges equivalent to the full duration of stay will be automatically posted to individual credit cards by the hotel.
